Anniversaries Catering FAQ

How far in advance should we book catering?
Most anniversary events are booked 4–8 months out, but if the smokers are free, we’re always happy to see what we can make happen.

Can you handle vegetarian or allergy-friendly menus?
Absolutely. Portobello entrées, gluten-free sides, and custom accommodations are all on the table – because everyone deserves great BBQ.

Do you provide staff and cleanup?
Yup. Setup, service, and teardown are all included, so you can stay focused on celebrating.

Do you offer tastings?
Tastings vary by package level and season. Ask us and we’ll get you set up.

How many guests can you serve?
Anywhere from 50 to 900 guests. Big events to small gatherings – we’ve got the gear and the team for all of it.
